Stobox and its affiliates, team members, and related parties shall not be liable to Users for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with the Whitepaper, the Stobox Ecosystem, or any participation or investment decisions related thereto.

STOBOX HAS NO LIABILITY FOR THE CONTENT OF THIS WHITEPAPER, ITS INTERPRETATION, OR ANY DECISIONS MADE BASED ON IT. STOBOX DOES NOT IN ANY WAY WARRANT OR GUARANTEE THE SUCCESS OF ANY ACTION YOU TAKE IN RELIANCE ON OUR STATEMENTS OR RECOMMENDATIONS.
